Vika I know as a great accompanist. We worked together in "Beatrice di Tenda" and "Rita" . The easy way in which she immediately played those pieces was astonishing. But just as important: she breathes together with the singer. It gave me a lot of freedom and that's why I really hope we will often work together.

      with Quirijn de Lang

Since August 2008, Viktoriya forms a duo with baritone Quirijn de Lang. Quirijn (1976) holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts degrees from the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, next to diplomas from the Milanese Scuola di Musica and the Biology department of the University of Amsterdam. His professional debut came at the age of 22, when he burst onstage in the role of Papageno at the Nationale Reisopera's production of Die Zauberflöte, conducted by Ton Koopman. This performance won him a prize for Best Performance of the Season, and much critical acclaim.
